Attending North Carolina A&T State University as a first-generation student, Nikkira enters her third year pursuing a B.S. in Agricultural & Environmental Systems, focusing on Sustainable Land & Food Systems. Her future aspiration to obtain certification in Horticultural Therapy stems from a passion for ensuring wellness and soundness for people and our natural world. She takes active executive roles on campus in MANRRS & Collegiate Farm Bureau, Aggies Go Green, and Aggies for Natural Consumption & Living, showcasing her commitment to environmental advocacy. Besides her academic pursuits, Nikkira enjoys yoga, collecting plants, browsing art museums, exploring gardens, and journaling.
