Bio
Lily Powell is a junior at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a double major in Political Science and English. Through her study of political science, she developed a passion for environmental injustice and attended an Ocean Advocacy Workshop to learn more about related impacts. She aims to use her experience working with NC Conservation Network to educate others on the importance of environmental impacts affecting under-resourced communities. When Lily isn’t busy with schoolwork, you’ll find her hiking, reading, or listening to music.
