In the wake of Hurricane Helene, faith communities across our region stepped up to provide comfort, aid, and support. Now, it’s time to harness our collective love and power to not only heal but build a stronger, more resilient future. This one-day grassroots organizing summit will equip faith leaders, activists, and community members with essential skills for movement building and theological action.
What to Expect:
- Learn the fundamentals of organizing, movement building, and qualitative leadership in today’s context.
- Explore how faith-based networks can amplify impact and create lasting change.
- Engage in hands-on workshops to develop tools for collaborative efforts and theological action.
Facilitators:
Dr. Timothy Conder & Dr. Dan Rhodes – The Black Mountain School of Theology and Community
With over 30 years of grassroots organizing experience and decades of ministerial, academic, and community research, Conder and Rhodes will guide participants in building a people-powered movement for justice, sustainability, and the protection of our shared spaces.

**Please join us for coffee and snacks at 8:30 am (Breakfast is NOT included). Lunch IS included in the cost of the ticket. Please indicate any dietary restrictions when you register.
