The Conservancy’s staff, including the Thread Trail team, is an exceptional team of dedicated professionals, each with a passion for land conservation and strong work ethic. The staff includes an executive director, membership and outreach director, communications director, administrative coordinator, finance director, conservation program director, land protection director, land stewardship director and technology coordinator. The Conservancy currently protects 7,300 acres in its six-county service area. Support from more than 1,400 members, 60 corporate partners, and more than 200 volunteers makes our work possible. More than 70 private landowners have entrusted to us what is, in most cases, their most valued and precious possession – their land. These landowners have a vision for the future of this region, and the Conservancy is making that vision a reality with each property it protects.
